GENERAL CONTRACTOR LICENSING FEE $125 (fee applies to new homebuilders, commerical contractors & any contractor not registered in the State of PA)
NEW RESIDENTIAL UNITS
(all space incl. Garage & Basements)

$.25 per SF below grade & attic space; requires grading permit
ALTERATIONS/ADDITIONS RESIDENTIAL
