Please be advised that one of the Zoning Hearing Board applications originally scheduled for discussion this evening has been postponed. Application-23-15Z AY Commercial, L.P. appeal of the Township Zoning Officer’s determination that LGT Zoning Ordinance §1287.02 does not permit a storage facility upon real property located in the F Industrial District identified as 300 Brookside Avenue, Condos 20 and 22 has been continued and is rescheduled for December 13, 2023, at 6pm.
