Wireless Communications Facilities (Cell Tower) Ordinance
Please be advised that the Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing at their regular meeting on February 24th, 2026, at 7pm. The BOS will consider the adoption of an ordinance amending the Zoning Code related to cell towers. The legal notice and proposed ordinance are linked below and are also available for public review upon request at the Township building during normal business hours. In addition, a hearing will be held on February 10th, 2026, at the BOS meeting to consider an ordinance amending certain sections of the zoning code mainly related to accessory structures. That ordinance is linked below as well.
