Public Notice- Ordinance Adoption
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lower Gwynedd Township BOS, at its regular public meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 28th, 2026, at 7:00 PM, will consider adoption of the proposed map amendment that would rezone the Spring House Corporate Center (BET-SHCC) from D-1 to MF-3 as discussed at the public hearing that was held last month. Pen Ambler Playground Temporarily Closed
The Pen Ambler Park playground will be temporarily closed as the Lower Gwynedd Township Public Works completes improvements to the playground area.
