NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Second-Class Township Code, the Lower Gwynedd Township BOS, at its regular public meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 7:00 PM, will hold a hearing to consider a text and map amendment related to the MF-3 Zoning District and property located at 321 Norristown Road (BET-SHCC). Draft 2045 Comprehensive Plan
The revised draft plan is linked below for your review. This plan is the culmination of a multi-year planning process that was led by a community steering committee made up of elected officials, residents, business owners, and representatives from community organizations.
