The Future of Bethlehem Pike  

Lower Gwynedd Township is undertaking a process to reimagine Bethlehem Pike. The Board of Supervisors wants to understand what the community would like to change about Bethlehem Pike, and what aspects should be kept. This information will be used to inform updates to the Township’s Zoning Ordinance, which plays a key role in attracting and retaining businesses.

Survey

As part of this process, the Township invited the community to complete a public survey to share their thoughts and ideas. The survey closed on June 2, 2026, and provided valuable insight into community priorities and preferences for the future of Bethlehem Pike.

Community Kickoff Meeting

On June 9, 2026, the Board of Supervisors and Township staff hosted a Bethlehem Pike Revitalization Community Kickoff Meeting at Harth Builders. The event included presentations by business owners, the Township’s Zoning Officer, and a professional community planner. They were followed by facilitated group discussions that provided an opportunity for residents, business owners, and visitors to share additional feedback and ideas for the corridor.

The Township would like to thank everyone who participated in the survey and attended the kickoff meeting, as well as Harth Builders for hosting the event. Community input gathered through these efforts will help inform the next steps in developing a shared vision for the future of Bethlehem Pike.

Additional updates and opportunities for public involvement will be shared as the revitalization process continues.
