Trails
Lower Gwynedd Township maintains more than 25 miles of walking trails, in addition to our parks. Along the trails, you’ll see white posts marked with letters and numbers, these identify the specific trail and section. All Township trails are logged in Montgomery County’s emergency response system, allowing police, fire, and EMS to quickly locate and access any reported issue.
This identification system also supports routine maintenance. If you notice a fallen tree or other hazard, please report the trail name and post number when contacting the Township.
Trailhead signs have been installed at all entrances to show trail names and locations.
