Public Hearing Notice- Continued to Tuesday, November 28, 2023
Notice is hereby given that the LGT BOS will continue a public hearing on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. during their regular meeting to consider whether to amend the Voluntary Declaration of Conservation Easement dated September 19, 1994, for Penllyn Woods, to permit the Township to lease a portion of the Property to Rise Up Towers LLC, and the installation of a cell tower and associated equipment within the leased area. The hearing was left open in order to allow the applicant the opportunity to provide additional testimony regarding environmental requirements for the installation of a cell phone tower at the request of the BOS.
