Lower Gwynedd Township invites proposals from law firms interested in serving as Bond Counsel, with an appointment expected at the Board of Supervisors’ public meeting on August 26, 2025. Proposals are due by Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 4:00 pm.
The Township also invites proposals from interested third-party inspection agencies for inspection and review services. Interested parties may submit proposals until 4pm on Thursday, August 7th, 2025. We anticipate that the Board of Supervisors will appoint a third-party agency in September.
