Please be advised of a recent scam that has been brought to our attention! Fabricated invoices are being sent to random applicants of recent projects for zoning compliance reviews, administrative reviews, and things of that nature. The invoices appear to come from the Lower Gwynedd Planning Commission and include our logo as a watermark in the background and a small logo at the top of the page. The invoices request payment via wire transfer or request that you contact them directly to get payment instructions. They are also following up with notices that the payment is due or late. Please do not click on anything or send money or anything like that. If you do receive something that looks suspicious, please let us know. We do not bill through our Planning Commission. Thank you!
