Request for Proposals
Lower Gwynedd Township invites proposals for the position of Solicitor of the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) and also proposals for the position of Labor Attorney. The submittal deadlines are as follows.
- ZHB Solicitor- Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 4pm.
- Labor Attorney- Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 4pm.
Proposed Zoning Text & Map Amendment
Lower Gwynedd Township is proposing Zoning Ordinances amending the text of the Lower Gwynedd Township Code of Ordinances, Part Twelve Planning and Zoning Code, Title Six Zoning, Chapter 1276 MF3-Multi-Family Residential District and the Zoning Map to reflect the rezoning of a parcel located at 321-323 Norristown Road. The proposed ordinances are currently under review. The ordinances are linked below and are also available for public review at the Lower Gwynedd Township Building during regular business hours.
