🚧 Road Paving Program Update: Starting May 11 🚧
Lower Gwynedd Township has been informed by JDM that our 2026 Road Paving Program is scheduled to begin May 11, with work expected to last approximately one month.
The following roads are scheduled for milling and paving:
- McKean Road
- Walnut Farm Road
- Lorien Drive
- Parsons Lane
- Swedesford Road (Sumneytown Pike to Railroad Bridge)
- South Penn Oak Road
- Cleaver Road
- Red Barn Road
- Spring House Farm Lane
- Stone House Lane
Additional Road Work – Coming Mid-July
AMS will begin Ultra-Thin Bond Overlay work in mid-July on:
- Pennbrooke Lane
- Sturgis Lane
Please expect temporary delays, construction noise, and minor inconveniences during this time. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our roadways.
