Notice is hereby given that the LGT BOS, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. during their regular meeting to consider whether to amend the Voluntary Declaration of Conservation Easement dated September 19, 1994 for Penllyn Woods, to permit the Township to lease a portion of the Property to Rise Up Towers LLC, and the installation of a cell tower and associated equipment within the leased area.
