The Board of Supervisors will hold two Public Hearings during their regular meeting on December 9, 2025.
1. Ordinance #552
This ordinance proposes changes to the Township zoning map to expand the Lower Pike Overlay District and update its parking regulations. These changes relate to the planned redevelopment of the Spring House Nursery and nearby properties, where a townhouse community is being proposed.
2. Ordinance #553
This ordinance proposes updates to the zoning map and regulations for the Ambler Yards property to allow for a proposed self-storage facility and an apartment building.
