REMINDER!

The Lower Gwynedd Township Board of Supervisors (BOS) will hold a public hearing during its regular meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 7:00 PM to consider a proposed text and map amendment for the MF-3 District.

The application is part of the proposed redevelopment of 321 Norristown Road (BET 309, LLC), which includes:

• A 4-story multi-family apartment building
• 3 commercial retail buildings

The BOS will also continue the public hearing for the 2045 Comprehensive Plan. The revised plan is available for public review here.
